"My husband and I lived out of state when we decided, basically on a whim, that we wanted to sell our current home and move to SWFL. We began looking on Zillow and found a home in Bonita Springs that we found interesting. I reached out through the app and ended up connecting with Marilyn. She must have thought we were insane, as we had never been to the area and had no idea what we were looking for, but we gave her a budget, and she began sending us links. In the meantime, we listed our current home, and it sold immediately. I hopped on a plane, and Marilyn spent 2 days with me looking at homes. I left Florida on Friday morning, headed home, and by Saturday evening, we were in contract on our new FL home. I'm sure realtors spend time with clients who are just looking or not ready, or not in a financial position (i.e., need to sell my current home to afford a new home), but she was thoughtful and patient and very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you again, and we love our new home!"
